In the first half of 2020, the Covid-19 epidemic changed the way we live and work. Work routines changed, and over half of the planet’s population were ordered to work from home. Shops were closed, as were offices, schools, restaurants, cafes and bars. Almost all commercial outlets. Cinemas were closed, and the majority of all sporting events were cancelled or postponed.

Millions of people endured the lockdown era, and as the restrictions are being lifted and people start returning to work and go about their daily activities, it is only natural that sometimes they will be hesitant to enter into premises. Social distancing cannot always be enforced.

These personal sanitizing spray booth is lightweight and can be self-assembled. It delivers a spray of sanitizing liquid over the entire body. It has been purposely designed to be installed on the outside of doorways to premises such as shops, offices and restaurants.

When packed the booth weighs less than 40kgs and is so concise that it can be loaded into the back of a standard saloon car.

Why do we use HOCl in our booths?

Contaminated Clothing

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, everyone now knows to wash their hands properly and regularly. But what about potentially contaminated clothing. Is it possible that the virus has been passed to the clothes we are wearing? Any one using public transport systems, buses and metros will constantly be aware of the possibility of coming into contact with a person who may be infected. Our clothing will need regularly sanitising – but how can this be done for hundreds and thousands of people? Any building where a high number of pedestrians or consumers are entering should have a personal sanitising spray booth.

Peace of Mind

As people adapt to the “new normal” we want to be able to go to the shops and grocery stores with the peace of mind that we are not spreading or catching germs.
With our personal spray booths in place, the doubt is immediately removed as the shopper knows that the necessary precautions are already in place when entering the premises. The personal sanitizing spray booth can be assembled in less than fifteen minutes. No power tools are required. Once assembled, it is light and stable enough for two adult people to simply lift it up and relocate it inside the store or office until the following day.

Assembly Instructions

The lower supports are identical in design but one includes the cleansing liquid bottle and the pressure pump with motor. Ensure this support is located close to your electrical connection. The human sensor on the top indicates the entrance side of the booth.

Connect the foot plate using the four screws and POP-nuts (already fitted) and insert the foot mat. Position the upper support sections on top of the lower support sections.

Connect the Hyflex nylon flexible tubes from the lower sections to the quick-connect couplings in the upper sections. The two upper support sections are identical. Fasten the upper support flange to the lower support flange using the screws provided, POP-nuts are already inserted in the holes on the flanges.

The top section is supplied with a length of nylon high pressure flexible hose. Connect both ends to the top slip lock 90 ̊ elbow couplings in each of the upper support sections.

Secure all five cover panels using the six screws (in each). The holes are already fitted with POP-nuts.

The spray is set to FOUR seconds. If a different time is required, adjust the dial on the motor panel.

A spare cleansing fluid bottle is supplied and we suggest that it is kept refilled at all times. To replace the empty bottle, remove the six screws and replace the bottles and fix back the screws.
